At Nembang Homestay, Darjeeling, we strive to offer every guest a warm, comfortable, and hassle-free experience amidst the beauty of the hills.
Please read the following policies carefully before confirming your reservation.

🌿 Rates & Inclusions

All rates include accommodation in the selected room type with the meal plan chosen at the time of booking by the guest or agent.
Prices are quoted per room, per night, and are subject to availability.
Complimentary amenities include Wi-Fi, hot water, and housekeeping services.

🏷️ Booking Policy

To confirm your reservation, a 100% advance payment or credit card authorization of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking.
Provisional bookings without payment confirmation are not guaranteed.
Once payment is received, a confirmation email or WhatsApp message will be sent by our reservation team.

💳 Payment Policy

We accept payments through:
✔️ Online Bank Transfer / UPI / Wallet
✔️ Cash Deposit at the property
Payments should be made in favour of Nembang Homestay, Darjeeling.

👨‍👩‍👧 Extra Guest Policy

All rooms are based on double occupancy, with a maximum of 3 guests per room (including children).
For an extra guest (above 12 years) requiring an extra bed, additional charges will apply.
Extra bed charges include accommodation and meals as per the chosen meal plan.
This policy applies across all room categories.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days before check-in: Eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: Charged 100% of the total booking amount.
No-shows or same-day cancellations: Charged 100% of the total stay amount.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.

Note: The cancellation policy is calculated on the total booking amount, not the partially paid amount.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in Time: 1:00 PM
Check-out Time: Before 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Guests are required to present a valid government photo ID at check-in, such as:
- Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID (for Indian nationals)
- Passport (for international travellers)
⚠️ Local ID cards are not accepted as valid identification.

👶 Child Policy

Children under 5 years (without an extra bed/mattress) stay free of charge.
Children above 5 years without an extra bed will be charged for meals and stay.
If an extra bed is required, charges will be the same as adult sharing rates.

🌸 Additional Information

All guests are requested to maintain peace and cleanliness within the property.
Any damages to homestay property or amenities caused by guests will be chargeable.
Management reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Pets are not allowed unless prior permission has been granted.
